3P Solution for Stone Informatization
3P includes: Picture scanning for large slabs, Planning by software, and Processing by intelligent cutting machine. By using a stone scanner, create a digital slab, and then use layout software to plan the overall decoration in advance. Based on the engineering drawing and the selected digital board, determine the layout plan in advance. The intelligent bridge saw faithfully completes the layout plan, with functions such as cutting simulation, AI blade matching, automatic labeling, cutting at any angle, and automatic suction for moving.
Fully automatic feeding operation, continuous operation without waiting, automatic recognition of slab cutting scheme, automatic positioning, AI blade matching, automatic labeling, automatic cutting, automatic washing and moving slabs, without manual intervention throughout the process. After cutting is completed, the finished products are automatically transported.
